1. Order Processing & Payment

  • Upfront Payment Required: Kraftsentials operates on an upfront payment basis. Orders will only enter our packaging queue once full payment reflects and is verified in our bank account.

  • Processing Time: Once payment is cleared, please allow up to 2 business days for our team to carefully pack and prepare your order for dispatch or collection.

2. Delivery via Courier

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched from our facility, the courier takes approximately 3 business days to deliver, depending on your location (e.g., major centers vs. regional/outlying areas).

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email featuring a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner.

  • Delivery Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a valid physical street address is provided where someone is available to sign for the parcel during standard business hours.

3. Local Collection (Shallcross, KZN)

  • Orders may be collected directly from our premises in Shallcross, KwaZulu-Natal.

  • Important: Please do not attempt collection until you receive a formal “Ready for Collection” email or notification from us. Collection hours and the precise pickup address will be detailed in that notification.
