Upfront Payment Required: Kraftsentials operates on an upfront payment basis. Orders will only enter our packaging queue once full payment reflects and is verified in our bank account.

Processing Time: Once payment is cleared, please allow up to 2 business days for our team to carefully pack and prepare your order for dispatch or collection.
2. Delivery via Courier

Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched from our facility, the courier takes approximately 3 business days to deliver, depending on your location (e.g., major centers vs. regional/outlying areas).

Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email featuring a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner.

Delivery Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a valid physical street address is provided where someone is available to sign for the parcel during standard business hours.
3. Local Collection (Shallcross, KZN)

Orders may be collected directly from our premises in Shallcross, KwaZulu-Natal.
