Important Industry Disclaimer (Inspect Before Pressing/Cutting): All sublimation blanks, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and crafting supplies must be thoroughly inspected before use. Kraftsentials cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items that have been printed on, pressed, cut, weeded, or otherwise altered.

1. Transit Damages & Shortages (48-Hour Window)

If your items arrive broken, damaged, or if there is a shortage in your order, you must notify Kraftsentials in writing at orders@kraftsentials.co.za within 48 hours of delivery or collection.

  • Required Evidence: To process a damage claim, you must provide your order number alongside clear photographs of the damaged items, the external shipping packaging, and the courier label.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or account credit. Please note that claims made after the 48-hour window will unfortunately not be entertained.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Return Window: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act cooling-off period).

  • Reason Required: A valid, written reason for the return must be submitted to us and approved prior to returning the items.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible, items must be entirely unused, untampered with, in their original packaging, and in a 100% resalable condition.

  • Return Costs: All shipping costs associated with returning change-of-mind items are entirely at the customer’s expense. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as Kraftsentials cannot be held liable for return items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Any item that has been used, cut, heated, or printed on.

  • Consumable items where the seal is broken (e.g., specific liquids, inks, or chemical agents).

  • Items bought on clearance or special sales.
