We are an online-only shop. Operating exclusively online allows us to keep our overhead low and pass those savings directly on to you in the form of lower prices and bulk discounts. We do, however, offer local pickup as well as nationwide courier delivery.
Because we hustle to get your crafting supplies out the door as fast as possible, we usually begin processing orders within an hour of receiving them. If you need to make a change, please email us immediately at orders@kraftsentials.co.za. If your order hasn’t hit the packing station yet, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!

Note: Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be collected on the same day.
We pack our products securely with plenty of protective wrapping, but accidents can happen during transit. If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the packaging, and email it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
We are located in Shallcross, KwaZulu-Natal. Our full address will be provided once your order has been received and confirmed.
Please allow up to 2 working days for us to pack your order. Depending on your location and the courier option selected, delivery can take up to 3 business days. We always aim to hand over your order as soon as possible for your convenience.
